Bérenger
Drouin
Bérenger holds Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering (ESTP) and Real Estate Finance (Paris Dauphine). He began his career at BNP Paribas Real Estate in London before joining Eiffage and later Teychene Group, where he led acquisitions and development in Belgium. In 2014, he founded CODABEL, growing it into a €3 billion commercial real estate platform before its acquisition by Foncia in 2021, after which he joined the management committee of Esset Benelux and now oversees Altoria Investments’ operations from Madrid.
Edouard
Chatenoud
Edouard brings extensive experience in private equity, fund management and real estate investing. Prior to co-founding Altoria Investments, he led Tikehau Capital’s Benelux platform, where he successfully raised €1.8 billion and deployed over €1.5 billion across diversified strategies. Based in Paris, Edouard oversees fund management and capital-raising activities, leveraging his investor network and strategic insight to support Altoria’s growth and investor engagement.
Michael
Despiegelaere
Michael is a real estate investment professional with deep expertise in capital markets, transaction advisory and asset management. Before co-founding Altoria Investments, he led Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield BeLux, advising on transactions exceeding €4.8 billion across asset classes. Based in Brussels, Michael now leads the firm’s asset and investment management activities, ensuring strategic execution and operational excellence across the portfolio.
Jacques-Martin
Philippson
Jacques-Martin is an experienced entrepreneur and investor with a strong record in business development. He founded Blue Squares, an international audio-visual production company, and led its growth until its successful exit in 2010. He later served on the board of Banque Degroof Petercam, a major Belgian investment house. Jacques-Martin now oversees his family holding company, focusing on strategic investments and value creation across sectors.
Nigel
Beller
Nigel is a real estate specialist with deep analytical and market research experience. He began his career at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on the Belgian and Luxembourg office markets, before transitioning to investor advisory roles. At Altoria Investments, Nigel leads aspects of investment and asset management, applying rigorous market analysis and data-driven decision-making to support portfolio performance.
